What are my shipping options?
We offer two UK shipping methods:
- Free Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Insured to £50)
- UK Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day Insured to £500)
It is the buyers responsibility to select the appropriate option and insurance cover they desire. For multiple purchases, we might choose to upgrade the shipping class at no extra charge.
How can I track my order?
When you use one of our tracked delivery services, we’ll automatically send you an email with your unique tracking number to let you know that your order has been dispatched.
When will my backordered item(s) ship?
We’ll ship your backordered item as soon as it becomes available. We can typically get the item(s) in stock within 7-10 working days.
Why have I not received a tracking code?
Please take a look in your My Account page, if you still can’t find it, please contact us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually advise that all orders placed will be received within 3-5 working days from the order date. However, we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service therefore we advise to allow up to 8 working days for Standard UK Delivery orders.
